Have you ever wish that sometimes you'll have a wish list, and by some kind of time limit, you'll actually get what you want?
Well, this is my wish list:
1. Despite of lots and lots of money, I choose Project Runway DVD to be #1 on my "current" wish list.
Always intrigued by fashion, on how of the creation process started until it shows the final product in the end of the day, I've always secretly wish that someday, maybe not in so near future, but someday in the further but not so far future, I'll have my own brand. Something that anyone can relate to me just by its name. We can always hope, but I'm starting to build my empire from scratches, and hopefully will show me something in the end. So I hope this DVD will help me re-living my dream. The review at
Amazon is making me crazy. I'm actually thinking of purchasing it on the 'net. But what I can't stand is the long wait of the shipment *DuH*. Will somebody help me getting it please??
2. Broadway musicals tickets..
After watching
Mamma Mia staged Live @ The Esplanade Singapore, I became a phsyco chasing 1 musical after another although I know it definately costs me a fortune just for the 2 hour something show. As if 1 thing is not enough, I went again to Singapore for
The Sound of Music. And now, me & Avin already crazy purchasing tickets for
West Side Story which not will be on show yet until April 2006. Last week, I've actually overheard talkshow on the radio, that West Side Story will be staged in Singapore @ The Esplanade, and unlike RENT, it won't be Asian cast (Anyway, what's the fun of watching something that originally created in western culture being staged by Asian, with dialogues full of Asian dialect?). Anyway, We've already purchased the ticket for April 22nd, and West Side Story, wait for us!!
3. A Trip to Bangkok
After last Febuary got a chance to go to Bangkok, I fell in love with the city. I don't know why, but I just love it! So, I'm hoping, if I have spare money, maybe I'll go to Bangkok instead of saving it for number 4 in my list.
4. My first car
All of my friends know by heart that "Wili don't drive!". I admit it. I don't drive. Well, that's simply because I can't see why I should drive and risking other's car of my so-so driving skill. So, I already made up my mind, that I will only drive my car. But now, instead of saving for my first car's down payment, I'm spending all the money I've got for some-what-un-necessary-things (read. Hal-hal ngga penting). Maybe I should re-defragment my brain pattern so I can prioritized things better. (Brain-defragmenting is somewhat same as re-virginized) =))
But anyway, prioritizing things is actually not in my "plus" points.
5. After a car, what else would one want? Off course a place to stay.
For some people, maybe a house is being on top of the list. But hey, it's my list. And a place to stay is definately #5. But what I want is not a big house, or a house on the suburban area of the city (Tapi kalo Kebayoran Baru boleh juga lah!), what I want is a decent size apartment, in the middle of the city, with easy access to South & Center part of Jakarta. What I have in mind is Apartemen Gandaria.
Well, that number 5 completed my wish list. I don't include money because I still doesn't understand it's concept because for me, money is to spend instead of save (Oh my God! I definately need brain-defragmenting). After all, what's the point of having much money if you don't enjoy having it.
Ciao Bella..
